Our records show that some candidates admitted for the 2025/2026 Academic Session have not yet been cleared due to incomplete steps in the admission process.

To avoid delays or possible forfeiture of your admission, please take note of the following important information:

On JAMB CAPS

• Ensure you have uploaded your O’Level results on the JAMB portal.
  Failure to do this may prevent you from seeing or accepting your admission.

   

On the FUHSI Portal

Many candidates have not been cleared for one or more of the following reasons:

1. They have not checked or accessed their admission status on the FUHSI portal.

    

2. They have accessed it but have not paid the acceptance fee.

    

3. They have paid the acceptance fee but not yet paid the medical fee or completed the process.

    

4. They did not upload their O’Level result PIN for verification.
   1. NECO – NECO E-verified results should be sent to academicaffairs@fuhsi.edu.ng
   2. WAEC – Upload your WAEC result checker PIN and Serial No.

       

5. They did not upload all required documents.

    

6. They uploaded unclear or unreadable documents.

    

If you fall into any of these categories, your clearance will be delayed until all required steps are completed.

🕒 You have a 48-hour window from the time of this notice to complete your clearance and regularize your admission.

Please log in to the FUHSI Admission Portal immediately to review your status and take corrective action.

Once your clearance is approved, you will be able to proceed with payment of school fees and other registration activities.
